*Merriam-Webster Dictionary’s definition of character
One of the attributes or features that make up and distinguish an individual

The whole world is in desperate need of more love and human kindness. As a nation, we must come together! Each one of us must examine our moral character and then determine what it is. We must resolve within ourselves in order to present ourselves as better human beings to a daunting society.

Hence, it is important to realize that each one of us has some sort of prejudiced tendency toward one thing or another. It entirely depends on each of us to hone in on those fixed ideas and open up our minds to at least take the views of others into consideration. This doesn’t guarantee that we will be able to arrive at a consensus, but at least we will find common ground to reduce our disagreements. Our insensitive prejudices will only keep us divided – and we will never be able to unite. If we allow that to happen, we give hate a foothold. If we embrace hatred, it will chip away at our moral fiber. We will then become a part of the deplorable problem. What a miserable life it must be for those who harbor the spirit of hatred. Love can conquer hate – and love will definitely prevail.

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35

“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.” John 15:9-12
